Everyone that has seen our web site loves the feel of it...I hate to say this, but I took a look at your site earlier this month when I was looking to expand for the holidays, and, well I found the site navigation painful to look at. The white lettering on top of the light blue and other light backgrounds is quite difficult to read.

Also, I have a high speed connection, but several of the sites graphics do not show up once the page loads, unless I manually click on the graphic and select Show Picture.

You may want to have someone take a look at these opputunities, as I am sure this could increase your conversions.

You do have some interesting items on your site though. I wish you luck with your program :up:

I am not sure the toll free number is an enhancement unless you are able to track affiliate sales ( maybe for you it is, ha ha).

All of the enhancements add to the user experience which will increase the likelihood of a sales conversion. Most customers will still order online but like to see that the company offers a toll free number for support.

If a customer calls in and says they saw me on such and such site, I can manually post the transaction on shareasale. Most customers will still place an order online but the toll free number is nice to have in case you have a question. As a customer myself, I would place an order with a reputable company with toll free support as opposed to one that does not have it.

And as an affiiliate I won't add new merchants that have phone numbers plastered on their sites with no means of tracking sales that come that way.

Thanks for the information. Just to clarify. I provide the toll free number for support. This is important for customer service. I hope everyone places their orders online it makes it easier for me. The toll free number is not to circumvent the affiliate program. No way. I will look into tracking phone orders and implement it. I know for a fact I can post a manual transaction on shareasale.

I hope you will consider becoming an affiliate. I offer 16% on sales which is terrific with 90 day tracking. My items will sell themselves. I am looking for a graphics designer to create me more banners. Let me know if you know anyone.

After further analysis and review, we have decided to remove the toll free number from the header. It is now located on the contact us page. The web site is undergoing some development changes so you may see an occasional error. The error on the home page only occurs when first loaded. We are looking into this.
