I joined as an affiliate with a seo software company in October. They wont answer emails and I am owed almost $500 by them. I have never had an issue like this before. Anyone have some advice?

In addition to Michaels good advice, if they are not responding - I'd suggest you send them a 10 day demand letter. If they do not respond to the demand, file a small claims court action (Costs you about $19.00 filing fee) in your local court of jurisdiction. This will generally get a response and settlement.
