Under the supervision of the Internet Marketing Manager, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will drive revenue and new customer acquisition through the affiliate channel. The position requires strong analytical and online marketing skills, solid interpersonal communications, and sound account management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage external relationship with Affiliate Service provider.
* Develop and execute affiliate optimization, recruitment, retention, and reactivation strategies.
* Create affiliate promotions and offerings. Structure affiliate commission pricing, incentive and bonus programs.
* Manage, compose, and distribute all communications to affiliates, including monthly newsletters and recruitment letters.
* Respond and resolve all affiliate inquiries, issues and concerns as needed.
* Coordinate internally to execute all partner deliverables.
* Ensure proper integration on affiliate websites. Identify/resolve any discrepancy issues.
* Enforce compliance with affiliate operating agreement.
* Produce and analyze reports measuring affiliate program performance.
* Keep abreast of latest trends in affiliate marketing.
* Other duties as assigned by Internet Marketing Manager.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related subject preferred. MBA a plus.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in developing and executing internet affiliate marketing for a consumer-base internet company.
* Strategic thinker with superior analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
* Detailed-oriented and ability to manage priorities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
