The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and day-to-day management of online Affiliate marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and solid analytical skills. This position reports to the Internet Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Manage external relationship with Affiliate Service Provider.
* Assist in affiliate optimization, recruitment, retention, and reactivation strategies.
* Communicate new initiatives and promotions to online partners.
* Upload new creative to affiliate platform solution.
* Respond timely to all affiliate partner inquiries.
* Coordinate internally to execute all partner deliverables.
* Ensure proper integration on affiliate websites.
* Ensure compliance with affiliate operating agreement.
* Monitor and provide ongoing campaign analysis of internal and external tracking, delivery, and performance of affiliate program.
* Keep abreast of latest trends in affiliate marketing.
* Other duties as assigned by Internet Marketing Manager.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related subject preferred.
Skills/Experience:
* 1+ year(s) previous online marketing experience. Account management, Ad agency or online direct marketing background a plus.
* Be personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible.
* Have exceptional communication skills. Show superior judgment and professionalism when corresponding with partners and team members.
* Must prioritize when multi-tasking in our fast-paced environment.
* Analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to Internet Marketing Manager.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
