Mucho thank you to Michael at Shareasale for helping figure out my form html woes and getting it entered correctly.

Attached, is a simple html file with HTML code for a search box that will perform searches on Homelivingstyle.com and forward visitors to a results page while placing your tracking code.

Note: you will have to replace two instances of !!USERID!! with your Shareasale affiliate code in order to get it to work.

The HTML / table information is editable and I attempted to add the logo.
Would you like it smaller? I was thinking of trying smaller images.

You can get the basic HTML from your HomELivingStyle Affiliate Back Office in the Special HTML/Email Creatives (http://www.shareasale.com/a-getmerchantcode.cfm?merchantID=11284&type=special) when you are logged into your Shareasale account.

* You can edit the default search term.

Hey, thanks so much for the codes. I tweaked them around a bit, added a logo, tested it and it is 'good to go'. Fits well in my right column. You can see it on that webpage I sent you the other day.
