Folks I would like to nominate: Haiko for his continued inspiration, Kellie / AFP for tireless help in "showing the proof", Sam Harrelson for his informative and entertaining blog, Scott Jangro for his blogging and also for his efforts on the LMI issue that affected so many affiliates, and Donuts for creating enough excellent posts to possibly warrant an entire category of nominations for "best Donuts post on ABW".

I'd go with H and Kellie as well, and everyone at SAS.

I've just met Sam and Scott, but I'll be reading them in '07 for sure.

Geno deserves a nod for his book coming out in '06, but it's kind of like a December film being nominated for an Oscar. Perhaps we should consider that in '07.

I nominate Haiko, not just for ABestWeb, but for his radio show and all his other behind the scenes work at keeping this industry clean and promoting the flow of information between folks.

Not until I get the book...

I nominate Andy Rodriguez.

During the LMI debacle it was Scott Jangro's voice that got CJ's attention. He did not single-handedly whack LMI but he played a HUGE part in it going away. The affiliate community owes Scott a grand "Thank You" for that and this award would be a nice start.

Can I nominate GoldenCan here as well? I think it truly was the first similar invention of it's kind to help all affiliates.

And definitely Kellie - she was instrumental in helping us setup our compliance lab here and it's been an absolute pleasure working with her :-)

I would like to nominate Andy Rodriguez and his Affiliate Manager Certification Seminars. These have had a profound impact on the industry. Many of the best OPMs were motivated into action by the seminars. The seminars have been a catalyst for many best practices in the industry.

Since there isn't a best mentor category, I would like to nominate Donuts, Uncle Scooter and Billy Kay here for their educational and informative posts about a variety of topics. ABestWeb as a whole is a great service to the industry, but without the posters like them, and MANY others, the value would be a bit less.
