Chuck manages a program I do well in and he is there whenever I need him for whatever purpose I need him. He always has an encouraging word and I get the feeling that he will be there for me no matter what. That is precisely how an affiliate manager should make the affiliate feel. I see Nunez is there already, another totally deserving and awesome candidate. Mike has created tools for his, and other, affiliates. He is a straight shooter and has some of the best ideas I have ever heard! Andy...no more needed. One word says it all.
