This is a really tough one, good thing there's time to think more. But the list of nominees would not be complete without Ron - 7days on it. And why?

Because he does a part of moderating that's behind the scenes that no one ever sees or knows about. If he on occasion likes a post, or does not like a post, or has occasion to do an edit, he'll PM to comment. IMHO that's a one-on-one type of thing that's an ingredient that's part of the secret sauce of a really good mod team - like the secret ingredient in turkey stuffing that adds special flavor.

Outstanding mod team here, really makes it like a home..
