Actually I think you should declare me the winner and do away with this vote deal. Just a few of the many sound reasons: 1.) hands down, I am better looking than either of my colleauges on the other side of the aisle. My chiseled good looks, long life experience, extensive business and governmental background, unchallenged speaking skills, and genuineness would represent ABW well in the coming year at mall openings, parades, and the obligatory speaking engagements. 2.) I come from a humble Quaker upbringing. I am an advocate for the "working class" while my colleauges are the obvious product of privilege. You can't really "sing" the blues unless you have "lived" the blues. I am known as the white mans B.B. King!! 3.) I have three wonderful sons, daughters in law, and two grandchildren who already said I am the best - so that proves it. 4.) Neither of my colleagues have ever been team ropers, had a horse rear up and roll over on them, had their heads crushed under a plow blade, had a vasectomy, or camped at 13,000 ft in the dead of winter. I could go on for pages and pages, however a sense of humility prevents that.
