We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for the Service / Affiliate Support with immediate start in Chicago, IL.
Your scope of duties
Affiliate scouting/ affiliate generating for the creation of an affiliate network in Chicago
Coordination of the acquired merchants, in particular of product data, and securing of the tracking functionality
Affiliate profiling and matching (main product focus as well as strengths & weaknesses) of the merchants assigned to the team
Organisation and application of statistics on Premium-Affiliate turnover of team merchants
Provides feedback on the development of a program for affiliate concerns, focusing on trend development and competition features
Develops and motivates high performing affiliates to be a Premium-Affiliate; Regularly provides reports on the ranking of the best affiliates with regard to the programs; Invites the most important and highest performing affiliates on a regular basis to the zanox Academy
Motivates and animates the team merchants with current and new programs for the adjustment of conditions with regard to affiliates, in particular to Premium-Affiliates
Implementation and supervision of programs (e.g. affiliates campaign for affiliates), which address Premium-Affiliates, as well as promotions of corresponding merchants
Our profile requirements
Ideally with experience in Online-Marketing / Affiliate-Marketing
Studies of Economics with specialization in marketing, information management, or others
High affinity with the Internet and basic understanding of Internet technologies
Experience in marketing with customer relations are an advantage
Very good communication skills
Good presentation skills
Good team player
High level of service orientation
