I also want to testify to their quality and customer service. I recently placed a test order to ensure that everything was working properly (which it is ;) ). When I received the packaged I opened up the box to beautiful pink tissue paper and a black gift back. Inside the black gift bag was the necklace packaged neatly and protected.
I must say I have never seen a presentation quite like that, and it was pleasure to see!
