If you already have a merchant relationship with them, they will crawl the FTP or HTTP location that you have your data feed.

Try contacting them in their forum via PM.

I am experiencing a similar problem in trying to become a merchant with GC. Here is a newbie question. :confused2 How do I PM asif? :smiling:Find his posting.
Select his name, and a drop down will appear. Select PM.

Note, only people with x number of posting will be able to utilize PM.
x = 10, 110 or, 1000. Haiko did not want to tell me but once you contribute enough, he will let you in the club.

Yes I have. Like a week ago. and still no response. I submitted an app for 4th click but I want to look into becoming a paying merchant.

Hey guys, I want you to know that for one thing, you aren't in the GoldenCan forum, you are posting in the Cellars Wine Club Forum. I sent Asif over to address your issues because he doesn't monitor all the forums. I didn't move this thread because I want to make a point here... if you want to reach someone you should post in *their* forum... not your own or someone else's.

The GoldenCan Forum is here (http://forum.abestweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=310). Their staff does monitor posts there :)
