Hi, all
We are looking for an outsourcing affiliate manager. Could you recommend me some companies or personal?

And how much we should pay for all along the project?

I find most companies are quoting more than 3000$

Hello paultze, welcome to ABW :)

There are many great OPM's ( Out Sourced Program Managers (http://forum.abestweb.com/forumdisplay.php?f=236)) here on ABW.

Feel free to contact JRami about our merchant services (http://jrami.com/merchant-services.html) and pricing structure (http://jrami.com/ms-pricing.html)any time.

Hi Paultze :howdy:

I thought I might throw our hat into this ring as well. Like someone previously said, you'll find several OPMs and their forums right here on ABW (Schaaf Consulting's included) which should give you a feel for the different organizations. I don't think you could go wrong with anyone here, but its just a matter of where you'll fit most. A chat with any of us will give you a little more insight into pricing, services, and you could probably compare and contrast against what's right for your business from there.

Anyone at Schaaf Consulting would be happy to discuss your needs with you should you be interested. Our contact info is below.

Good luck on your search!

There are lots of OPM (Outsourced program manager) to go with.

What are you looking to do, and on what network. Some people are very familiar with CJ while some know linkshare inside out.

Also, find an OPM that compliment the products that you sell.
I would work best if you tell those guys what are you selling.

All the best.

Thanks for all.
I am in China. Our company is an online recording equipment store located in CA.
We run the affiliate program ourselves before through shareasale. But we will consider other system if we can find an appropriate OPM with rational price.

Yes, Harris,Chris,Susan, I know Schaaf Consulting, AMWSO, Share Results. But maybe we can't afford your quotation.

What specifically are you looking for? A lower cost, or an OPM willing to work on a "performance" basis? If you want a low fixed cost, then you'll get a low fixed amount of work.

You've essentially stated that you are NOT willing to pay $3,000 per month for an outsourced program manager (OPM), which suggests that you don't expect results that would justify such a fee.

Given your program's relatively low commission rate (making yours a hard program to sell to affiliates) and your narrow niche, I think your focus should be on specific results you are seeking.

One option is to ask the OPMs (who are bidding for your business) to unbundle their pricing, by setting a fixed price for a program review, merchandising and marketing advice (which would probably include site-design and site-flow advice), apart from the fees for ongoing program management.

Mark, thanks for your reply and tell me the truth. I will post our decision whether we need to re-launch the program or not later.

By the way, I have enjoyed your site, very clean, no pictures.
Sheet Music Plus is a very successful program I noticed long ago.

Our company is an online recording equipment store located in CA. I think I saw your store, but don't want to post it here incase wrong one. Can't PM yet but send me and email, it's below on my sig, for a no obligation review and suggestions.

You should also probably talk to our partner Rick from JRami (http://forum.abestweb.com/member.php?find=lastposter&t=83683) he knows all about music. Send him an email to: rick[at]jrami.com

paultze, in order to evaluate the opportunity we would need to take a look at the site and get a description of the program you intend to offer. Does this include search marketing and other forms of online marketing? After a basic overview we would be asking questions about revenue, conversion and budget. If you would like to discuss you can reach me at chamrick @ affiliatecrew.com.
