I was doing some reading in other forums and wanted to send a quick what can we do to make things easier for all of you. We are new to this and want to get off on the right foot with as few problems as we can.

do you think you will ever offer a more complete categorized datafeed of individual vintages?

Not at this time. 99% of our business is the wine clubs and that is doing very well. Great question, thanks Herb.

Search doesn't work: won't accept anything, gives error "letters and numbers only" for anything entered

Are you using Firefox?

Yes, FF on a Mac OSX. Also had problems shutting up the talking blonde—does she really need to pop up on all those pages? Couldn't even click navigation menu items when she was near there. :)

I get the same error when I try to search. I am using IE7 with Windows Vista.

Talking heads (or bodies) should be less intrusive–they are the equivalent of the blinking headline feeders from 1999. If you happen to navigate to the bottom of the figure, the controls finally pop up. Otherwise, you have no idea how to get rid of it. IMHO, this is not a good shopper experience the way it's presently set up. And once you dismiss it, it should stay gone.
