SUMMARY:
The position of Affiliate Marketing Manager provides support to VendareNetblue's growing list of publishers. This includes establishing strong relationships with new publishers, optimizing existing publishers and helping to grow revenue. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in affiliate marketing; experience with SEM is a plus. We're looking for an energetic self-starter who will be proactive in driving revenue and exceeding goals. Candidates must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and be able to devise strategies to accomplish any objective. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers.
Locate and recruit top producing publishers.
Actively consult with publishers on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for publishers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Min. 3 years Internet Advertising experience required.
Thorough understanding of online marketing & affiliate programs.
Strong partner management experience including solid history of relationship growth successes.
Comfortable negotiating multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA and CPC.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities.
Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers in a highly competitive market.
Strong organizational skills, time management and focused attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple revenue generating accounts.
IDEAL SKILLS:
Minimum of 2-3 years online marketing experience
SEM experience a plus
BA/BS required
