Senior Manager, Network Development
VendareNetblue is the result of a recent merger between Vendare Media & Netblue. Vendare Media and Netblue were both leaders in their respective markets and the combination of the two companies has created a clear leader in online advertising. The combined company possesses a significant amount of scale in distribution and wide array of products & services for advertisers and publishers. We operate an extensive multi-channel advertising network comprised of leading advertisers and publishers and own significant proprietary traffic through a number of different websites. We have also made a significant investment in developing our proprietary technology platform which is a competitive advantage for us. We are a results-based company and next year we expect to deliver over 5 million customers and 20 million leads to major advertisers such as Citibank, Discover Financial, Vonage, Blockbuster and Astra Zeneca.
The position of Senior Manager, Network Development provides management of the Web & Search team in the Netblue Affiliate Network. This includes establishing strong relationships with new publishers, optimizing existing publishers and helping to grow revenue through strategy and development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in affiliate marketing; experience with SEM (SEO & PPC) is a plus. We're looking for an energetic self-starter who will be proactive in driving revenue and exceeding goals. Candidates must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and be able to devise strategies to accomplish any objective.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers.
Develop plan, milestones, and marketing approach to expand publisher base.
Locate and recruit top producing publishers.
Actively consult with publishers on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
Work tightly with advertising sales team to identify and secure top producing offers for publisher set.
Participate in overall long-term planning for marketing strategy.
Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for publishers.
Manage opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years Internet Advertising experience required.
Thorough understanding of online marketing & affiliate programs.
Strong partner management experience including solid history of relationship growth successes.
Comfortable negotiating multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA and CPC.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities.
Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers in a highly competitive market.
Strong organizational skills, time management and focused attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple revenue generating accounts.
IDEAL SKILLS:
Minimum of 3 years online marketing experience
SEM experience a plus
BA/BS required
