Can anyone recommend a good affiliate marketing professional for full time employment?

Market America is currently looking to hire folks with internet and affiliate marketing experience.

We are looking for a results-oriented sales and marketing professional with drive and enthusiasm who thrives in a dynamic team environment.


Position Summary:



This position is responsible for identifying market trends, products and services within those trends and forming contractual partnerships with relevant vendors. The main focus is on identifying On-line Stores with Affiliate Programs to add products and services to the Market America’s, one-stop shopping website.



Principal Accountabilities:



Affiliate Stores/Vendors that provide products/services. Negotiate profitable partnership agreements with identified stores/vendors.



Job Requirements:



Education: Position requires and individual with a background in negotiating and identifying sourcing channels. Must have experience in recruiting online affiliate and negotiating contacts.

And what does your job description have to do with affiliate recruiting?? Seems that you grabbed our attention with your title and lost us (me at least) with the description.

Affiliate recruiting takes relationship building otherwise we all would employ a bunch of outsourced overseas webmasters to do it. It is increasingly more difficult to promote a company when they are unknown and do not have a unique selling proposition to shoppers (and affiliates).

Sell me if you want me to sell affiliates or are you looking for someone to negotiate contracts? Affiliate recruitment is not negotiating contracts.
