We are seeking a high energy individual to join our team of online marketing experts in the role of Affiliate Marketing Coordinator for an array of dietary supplement and cosmetic sites.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in affiliate marketing - through education or work experience - and a desire to build a career in online marketing. It is imperative that this person have a take charge attitude, precise analytical skills, and a desire to exceed their goals. The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will function as a member of the affiliate marketing team to meet sales goals.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage and optimize all aspects of an affiliate program. This includes recruitment, day-to-day program management, affiliate incentive programs and program analysis. Identify and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI. Research, identify and recruit new affiliates. Respond and resolve all affiliate inquiries Identify and contact high potential affiliates and work closely with them to maximize their revenues. Develop programs to convert inactive affiliates into active, revenue producing affiliates. Track & analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the affiliate program and identify opportunities to optimize the program. Some HTML or WYSIWYG skills preferred. Linkshare experience would be a giant plus.
