The book Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate counter by Allan Borusheck available at all bookstores, amazon or at www.calorieking.com (http://www.calorieking.com) was and is a crucial resource for dieting and eating healthier.
Basically the book (there is even a palm prc program) is an encyclopedia of Calorie, fat and carbs in food and also includes restaurants so you can look up what a slice of kraft American sliced cheese is (80 C, 7 F and 0 carb BTW) or if your at Popeye's you can see what's in that Cajun rice is ( 180 C 7 F 23 carb) and start counting out your calories to control your intake of each of the groups.
I HIGHLY recommend it, the book is only $8.00.:thumbup2:
