I recently got some motivation to get my butt back in shape. I was always thin until I started working online.

My mom has had a lot of health issues this year and I decided I don't want to end up like her. I want to live to be 98 like my grandma.

It has helped me to have a friend to nag, I mean remind me to go to the gym every day. It helps to pay attention to when the hot guys are there (females if you are male) and go then. An iPod with good music helps.

I also have an event - Affiliate Summit that I wanted to be in shape for. I have a dress I bought hanging in my closet, it reminds me daily to get to the gym.

I eat a lot more bananas and carrots now days. Right Anne?

Eat better, move around more. I won't be going to the gym anytime soon, but there IS a pool across from my house. And I do enjoy walking... I have actually lost weight since SES... not sure why, lol. I walked a LOT while I was in NYC, but not so much since I left. Maybe I kicked up my basal metabolism? With Angel and his wife walking me around Seattle this week, should bump down a few pounds too, but nothing like what you and Anne are doing...

Having a family history of people who are living to 98 does help too cos it's all in the gene ;)

Don't pick just any dress, pick your dream dress, make it HOT and make sure you get it in the size you want to be. I will wear THE dress in Miami!

Wow, I am in shock here. Since March I have lost 30 pounds now. I went in for a checkup last week, just got my cholesterol test back. I was over 300 total cholesterol in November, now it is at 152. Look out people, I am going to live forever!
