I found a website with a ideal weight calculator that I think comes closer to being an accurate and true estimation as it gives a range of weight. Ideal weight is certainly going to be dependent on your amount of lean muscle vs. fat and things like frame. If you want to check it out it is here (http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm).

Very nice. Thanks. I love how it breaks everything down for you. Plus as loxly said doesnt have this crazy number of pounds I should be. This is more realistic for my hight and weight.

I've hated BMI for years. This ideal weight actually matches my personal goal for ideal weight. Finally some reinforcement!

Glad I found a resource like this to share...I hate it when the charts give me some crazy number I should be, it really puts a damper on my spirits!
