Hello

I think I've just found precisely what I was looking for. I have an e-commerce company selling "dating advice for men" in form of Ebooks, CDs, Tutorials and a Monthly Subscription Service ... and we want to expand our market share by launching a full scale affiliate program within the next 2 months.

Instead of running this In-House we have decided to outsource it to a QUALIFIED Affiliate Manager handling the recruiting, managing and nurturing of affiliate relationships.

We have all our necessary products in place that should attract lots of affiliates easily: Smaller Front-End (combined with a subscription and an upsell) and a bigger Back End.

We have good conversion rates and may also be able to offer a 100% commission (maybe even more) for affiliates on the front-end as we'll get it back with out back-end/subscription. This should definately make it attractive.

As we are fairly new to affiliate marketing and haven't had the pleasure with working an OPM yet, we don't know what to expect.

We would definately offer a % of sales to our affiliate manager as form of our contract, but for the beginning we would like to keep the base fee low to determine the quality of the Affiliate Manager and the work he does.

If you are interested drop me an email info@playboyskool.com (couldnt figure out the mailto in here) or just send me a PM ... and I will get back to you asap.

Best,
Nick

Smart move.

Not exactly my profile. But best of luck finding a suitable candidate, Nick!

Nick, a couple of questions!! Your domain is registered out side of the US are you headquartered in the US?? Your affiliate program page states: Do you have any support available for us affliliates?

Yes we do. We have a full-time affiliate manager who deals with all requests, problems and questions you may have. He will also make sure that you use our promotional material effectively to guarantee sales. He will also review your site if necessary and give you hints and tips to increase the conversion and sign-up rate from your links.

Are you dropping the affiliate manager or was that you??

Hi Chuck

Our official Headquarter is registered in Europe (Offshore, Tax issues :)) but we have an office in Central New York and London, UK and have our company registered there as well just in case.

Yeah that was me and my assistant. We do have the software in place (post affiliate pro) and around 30+ affiliates that are already signed up but we were just overwhelmed with how much work was involved in running an effective affiliate program.

At the moment we need someone else on board so we can focus on other areas of our business (creating new products) ... hence outsourcing the affiliate program.

Our industry is highly profitable and there's a lot of non-commercial sites on the same topic out there, so there are lots of potential affiliates.

Let me know

Nick
