Haiko de Poel, Jr. June 1st, 2007, 11:07 AM I think a motion sensor with an autodialer on the fridge to your cell saying "No don't eat it" would be more effective :D Geno Prussakov June 1st, 2007, 11:10 AM I think a motion sensor with an autodialer on the fridge to your cell saying "No don't eat it" would be more effective :D I had a friend that -- when she decided to loose weight -- stuck a picture on her fridge door... She said it helped better than anything. I saw that picture only a few times, and after 8 years I still remember it... Geno Chet_B June 1st, 2007, 12:57 PM Reminds of when I used to go to the pop machine in my office building for a Coke and it would spit out Diet Coke all the time, instead of regular... I kept telling the machine "Ok, I get the hint!" :) Rhea June 1st, 2007, 01:21 PM My Mom had a cartoon on the fridge that read, "A moment on the lips, forever on the hips." Worked for her. Woman was SKINNY. (Okay, she didn't exactly eat healthy though.) I'm on a diet, too. I gained 20 pounds when I quit smoking. I'm one of those peculiar people who does better on a high-carb, low-protein, low-fat diet. My regimen is simple: - For every pound I want to lose I have to go one day without dairy products. - One beer (not two) per day. - Only one meal per day with animal protein. - Exercise every day (20 minutes on the elliptical machine and 20 minutes of yoga). Starting tomorrow. :D
