I just realized there was an error in the email address but now it is fixed. If you had sent an email before it is fixed now.

Also FYI, we have 15 live offers. Check them out at our site.

Question for you. What types of lead generation do you allow? Coreg, email, pops, banners?

Billy I am not sure what you are referring to I am one of the contacts at Legal Leads. We want to always be clear and with in the rules in this forum. We have been around for over 2 years now and decided that it was time to expand the network.

Please let me know if there are any questions I can answer

Thanks

Affguy

PS: good write up on you in Revenue mag

Every time a company comes out offering to pay affiliate for sending leads to law firms, I always ask the same question: does the program comply with the legal requirements for attorney referral services in each jurisdiction where you do business?

In the past, every company has always had the same response: complete silence, which I assume means that the company and its clients are ignoring both LAWS and ethics rules in most states. I sure wouldn't want to participate in an illegal scheme that sends referrals to unethical attorneys, so I'll ask you the same question: Does this program comply with the legal requirements for attorney referral services in each jurisdiction where you do business?

dlorier, I don't understand the question, "What is that? Can you help me out with that? Thanks"

If you are not familiar with the regulation of attorney referral services, I suggest you do some research right away. A good starting point would be http://www.abanet.org/legalservices/lris/meetsabastds.html but the actual restrictions are imposed by either state law or by state bar regulations authorized by state law, in each state.

Now that that's been settled, I've cleaned up the thread so dlorer can answer the questions above.

In Netscape... there's no contact info on your site.

Is there a phone number on the website?

Is there any INFORMATION posted on your site?

All I see is "Advertisers Join Here" and "Affiliates Join Here"

In Netscape, the contact page link is hidden behind the small webpage graphics at the bottom

But, even once you get to it, there's not even a phone number listed.

Yet on their application form, our phone number is mandatory

IMO: no info at all on the site + no contact other then unreliable email = no trust/no credibility

Legal Leads is in no way a referral service!

We offer an advertising platform for Law Firms as well as other clients . All our Clients are required to abide by all State and Federal regulations in the states that they do business.

The 1st time I went to the site, there were no links visable on the bottom

The 2nd time, there was a slow connection, and I saw the 3 links at bottom until the images loaded - then they dissapeared.

I checked your page source to get to the contact page - before Haiko posted his link

Anyway, I sure you'll attract certain types of affiliates, but some of us require more transparency, more then one paragraph of info before we would consider trusting you.

Question for you. What types of lead generation do you allow? Coreg, email, pops, banners?

Hi thanks for your questions

We do not allow any Coreg

Most of our campaigns work best with Email banners and search a few affiliates have used pops
