The Senior Affiliate Manager will assist in growing the size and value of Think Partnership's affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a wide variety of online marketing techniques including affiliate marketing, search marketing and email marketing. This position will report to the Affiliate Network Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Development and execution of affiliate recruitment strategies.
* Development and execution of affiliate communication plans for retention and motivation.
* Identify and recruit top producing affiliates for the company's traditional network and CPA network.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates.
* Research and analyze the affiliate marketing industry to identify trends that can positively or negatively affect the business.
* Actively consult with affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
* Negotiate multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA and CPC.
* Respond to affiliate questions and requests.
* Become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff.
* Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
* Work tightly with advertising sales team to identify and secure top producing offers for publisher set.
* Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is required
* Knowledge and experience in online advertising
* Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities.
* Highly organized and excellent time management
* Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner.
BACKGROUND:
* Minimum three (3) years experience in Interactive marketing or media, e-commerce, advertising, or technical products & services industries
* Experience creating and executing search engine marketing, email marketing and affiliate marketing strategies preferred.
