Fast-growing and well-known company in SANTA BARBARA, CA, is looking for an Affiliate Manager who has 3 to 5 years experience!

This position will manage all U.S. affiliate programs currently operated at Commission Junction. The purpose is to generate incremental customer signups by developing top-performing partnerships via the effective management and optimization of our ecommerce Affiliate Programs.
ptimize GoToMyPC and GoToMeeting ad placements on affiliate Web sites by identifying opportunities for improvements and by then maintaining an email dialogue with the affiliates regarding their targets and action steps.

DUTIES:
-Provide affiliates with technical support on integrating html code for GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC links within their Web site, troubleshoot tracking errors, and generate ROI reports.
-Effectively manage top relationships within each affiliate promotion method (web content, ppc search, organic search, word of mouth, coupon sites & consultants.
-Generate reports for tracking performance metrics to analyze click-through data and to create a plan for optimizing the conversion rate of affiliate ad placements.
-Upload new tracking enabled advertising links to the GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC Affiliate Programs and fulfill custom link requests from affiliates.
mprove affiliate compliance with our advertising policy by reviewing all affiliates who have earned a commission and by spot-checking our affiliate base.
-Screen incoming affiliate applicants and deliver emails to affiliates who have joined but are not yet active.
-Ongoing affiliate recruitment while maintaining quality over quantity and growing affiliate diversification by promotion method.
-Responsible for drafting monthly newsletters and setting bonus and commission structures.

Qualifications and Requirements
-BS/BA degree
-3-5 years of business experience in online marketing or relationship/channel management with at least 2 years of experience specifically in affiliate program management (required).
-A solid understanding of all of the primary marketing vehicles used by our affiliates (web content, search, email, and word-of-mouth, etc) and different methods of revenue generation (CPM, CPA and CPC) is preferred.
-Knowledge of HTML and Web design is desireable.
-Ability to communicate professionally, prioritize commitments, and work independently are all necessary
