An interactive marketing agency that specializes in financial services is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow their affiliate program and take it to the next level by aiding in the recruitment and retention of revenue-producing affiliates. This position is based in Overland Park, KS.
Salary: depends on experience
Job details: This position is responsible for Affiliate Marketing program management using an in-house Affiliate Marketing system to effectively recruit, approve, manage, support and monitor program affiliates for targeted lead generation marketing programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Research and recruit relevant, successful online affiliate marketing partners for select lead generation vertical.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure program success.
- Work with affiliate partners to identify and assess new opportunities, and continually analyze the program to enhance results.
- Utilize program tracking and reporting, as well as consumer and partner insight, to develop effective campaigns and partnerships.
- Align activities to meet overall marketing objectives and budget, as communicated from executive team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience with online affiliate marketing; preferably in the lead generation vertical.
- Strong relationship/partnering skills
- Understanding and insight regarding effective online campaigns, as well as general - marketing campaigns
- Ecommerce experience
- Ability to learn and contribute quickly
- Results oriented and fact-based decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and succeed in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills- Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness
- Demonstrated, effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills
- Experience with managing an organization's affiliate marketing strategy and budget
A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered, including base salary plus attractive attainable commission program. Salary will vary based on experience.
