It currently doesn't have thumbnail images, but we're working on a solution for that right now (thanks to my friend Ron at 7 Days a Week for his help with the fix). The full size images that are in the feed aren't too big, so hopefully it will prove useful.

Mike that datafeed is making me cry. So many good products but not categorized so I can work efficiently with the feed.

I know you were hustling to get the feed out the door but it's in serious need of work on the categories so it can be sorted and grouped more easily.

Rhea, the last thing in the world I want to do is make you cry!!!

The good news is that you've found lots of products that you like and want to promote. Everything else can be worked on....

What specifically is the issue. When I pulled the feed, I have Category and Sub Category. Are you looking for more specifics, or is there something screwy in there?

I'm looking at it in excel and seeing for example -

Category - Treats | Sub Category - Jake's Bakery

If you can give me a specific example, I'll bust my hump to make it right for you.

Okay, here's an example of a problem for me:

There's no way to sort by dog breed! I need to be able to sort all the records by dog breed. So a category for Dog Breed in this case would have the text "English Cocker Spaniel" in it. That's the main thing. I wouldn't even mind having three fields that I could concatenate and smoosh together in a variety of ways. For example:

Field 1 (Color/Other): Black
Field 2 (Breed): English Cocker Spaniel
Field 3 (Product): Christmas Ornament Blue Box Keepsake

This type of arrangement gives me the greatest flexibility. Some of my pages are arranged by dog breed and some by product type (e.g. apparel, holidays, food).

Also, could you get rid of formatting in your descriptions? I can do it myself but...well I'd rather you did all the work! For example:

So sorry it's taken me so long to respond to you. I had to find out from the folks at Jake's Dog House if there was any additional categorization done in the back end. The bad news is that there is not. The way the categories are in the feed are they way that they're categorized in the store. Any deviation would require a pretty big manual effort. I'm not totally opposed to that, however, I'd like to see if there's an easier way first (one that's repeatable). In the meantime, I'll try to strip the stray characters out of the feed so at least that will be squared away for you.

and they have the SAS exclusive banner showing inside SAS

yet I see them in CJ. What's up?

Billy, at the time of this announcement Jake's was a Shareasale exclusive. I just informed SAS that they no longer qualify as we launched a CJ program for them today. We're hoping for a bit more coverage as there are some affiliates that just haven't made their way to SAS yet. Sorry for any confusion that this has caused.
