Hi, thanks for the advice. I would love to get a lot of responses but only one up til now. I'm looking for a very specific thing here: someone with experience in the OP industry with affil. company set up, marketing (or hiring the marketing people) and hiring the programmer. It's knowing what to program that's the key.

what do you mean by more details or sharing my goals? how is that going to attract more people in this specific instance?

Online Pharmacy Marketing and Affiliate Director
This is more of a PROJECT MANAGER position at the outset, since the actual business is not built. You would be setting up the business and then running it (or just setting up and then giving it to a hired staff.)

Looking for someone with experience in the online pharmacy industry to:

1. hire and/or set up/manage in-house marketing (PPC/telemarketing).
2. hire and/or set up/manage a marketing affiliate operation.
3. hire programmers, data entry, customer service, call center, and other outsourcing solutions for above.

Please send me your experience/ideas. I will just need a presentation at first. This can be either a full time job, or a 3 months setup and training of others for a fee.
