Altrec is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing team in the role of Affiliate Marketing Manager.

The Altrec Affiliate Manager reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with all members of the Marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategize, manage and optimize all aspects of internal and third party (CJ & Avantlink) affiliate programs to exceed aggressive growth targets.
- Recruiting: increase total number of revenue driving partnerships.
- Performance: develop incentive programs and optimize current partnerships.
- Management: proactive communication with partners and day-to-day management tasks.
- Develop initiatives that enhance partner productivity, create growth opportunities, reduce costs and grow revenues.
- Proactively communicate with affiliate partners. Respond thoughtfully and timely to all affiliate requests, comments and questions.
- Convert inactive affiliates into active, revenue producing affiliates.
- Aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies.
- Affiliate program monitoring, tracking and reporting.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and experience running profitable programs.
- Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and program implementation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and succeed in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with internet marketing landscape: SEO, SEM, Web 2.0, etc.
- Knowledge of basic HTML programming.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Four-Year College Degree or equivalent experience.
