We are seeking highly motivated, skilled and passionate Affiliate recruitment and marketing managers ASAP. All candidates must be able to demonstrate established relationships with top productive affiliates and must be extremely aggressive!
The right candidates must have a successful track record and must be highly motivated to communicate and do what it takes to make a program thrive!!!!.
Job Description:
Plan and execute affiliate marketing programs and campaigns that drive the strategic growth of the business
Manage affiliate partners and networks by (already having) and establishing top relationships to drive leads, sales, and other key objectives.
Work daily with affiliates to help them optimize campaigns and conversions. A 'do what it takes' attitude to drive sales!
Lead the development of creative including interactive media, banners, and landing pages. Work with our graphic artists and web developers to smoothly launch campaigns.
Develop and execute a media plan that targets key demographics
Identify quality websites and networks to buy advertising and to establish strategic relationships
Oversee the day-to-day relationships with affiliates and affiliate networks (to best drive conversions and sales!!)
Provide financial and data analysis of campaigns and partners performances
Deliver on goals (sales, leads, contacts) established by senior management
Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience in online affiliate marketing with an online company. Publisher experience is a plus.
Strong written and communication skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to write and execute marketing plans
Deep understanding and thorough knowledge of affiliate marketing, search engine features and functionality with at least 2-5 years experience in the industry.
3 years proven track record of success managing and growing leads/sales through affiliate recruitment and marketing.
Experience in lead generation, web marketing, and direct marketing as well as strong leadership and management skills to balance many projects and maximize constrained resources.
Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing and strong analytical skills to optimize campaign..
Develop metrics to gauge, measure, and report on campaigns and programs to maximize budget
Proven track record of managing successful lead generation programs end-to-end, from development through measurement
Passion and savvy for marketing and technology
