Affiliate Marketing Manager

Home Décor Products is the largest online retailer of home improvement products. Ranked #5 in Home Improvement w/in Internet Retailer’s Top 500, with a portfolio of 10 websites, we dominate home improvement online.
The position of Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively recruiting, approving, managing, supporting and monitoring HDPI’s Affiliates and to help grow sales. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who will be proactive in driving revenues and exceeding goals. Candidates must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and be able to devise strategies to accomplish any objective. If you’re looking for a fast-growing company, HDPI is the place for you.
Responsibilities:
Research and recruit relevant, successful online affiliate marketing partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure program success
Work with affiliate partners to identify and assess new opportunities, and continually analyze the program to enhance results
Utilize program tracking and reporting, as well as consumer and partner insight, to develop effective campaigns and partnerships
Align activities to overall marketing objectives and budget, as communicated from the VP of Online Marketing and executive team
Meet and exceed monthly goals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years online marketing experience
Thorough understanding of online marketing and affiliate programs
Strong partnership management experience including solid history of relationship growth success
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving skills
Ability to learn and contribute quickly
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and succeed in fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness
Experience with managing an organization’s affiliate marketing strategy and budget
BA/BS required
Ecommerce experience preferred
