Position Summary
The Internet Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online programs that generate leads and tours to support both regional marketing efforts and the WorldMark by Wyndham Ask Shawn program. The Internet Marketing Manager will work closely with regional marketing teams and the Ask Shawn team to manage program expenditures and campaign effectiveness to meet ROI goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Researches, recommends and implements online marketing programs to generate leads and tours for regional marketing teams and the Ask Shawn program.
Responsible for all areas of project management including initial research, creative development, legal approval, lead management and operational details required to convert, fulfill and track leads
Works with internal resources and outside vendors to meet objectives and implement campaigns
Creates written documentation of program objectives and results
Ensure campaigns are executed on-time, error free and within budget
Analyzes results to manage lead cost, volume and conversion rates.
Collaborates with regional marketing and Ask Shawn teams to identify new opportunities and optimize existing online programs
Develops and manages to a budget, creates regional invoices and keeps track of expenses and lead volume
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required
Bachelor degree from a 4-year college, plus 3+ years marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Proven track record of executing online marketing campaigns from start to finish (2+ years),
Experience managing direct marketing campaigns with multiple test cells, varied by message, offer, and distribution vehicle,
Experience managing multiple marketing programs and budgets simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally and implementing projects without direct reporting control
Experience developing and analyzing reports to measure program success (1+ years)
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with timeshare sales and marketing practices
Experience working with outside direct marketing agencies and vendors.
Experience managing marketing campaigns across various direct marketing media such as telemarketing, direct mail, email, web, and print
