Is this the same job as this? (http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?p=740712#post740712)

Is it an inhouse or outsourced position?

Looks exactly like it.

Yes, would you consider outsourcing, or are you looking for an in-house staff for this one?

Yep, same position. We're trying to find someone in-house to run the program.

I think they are looking for in house.

Quick thought, you might want to take off the adsense (contact us page, etc...) before launching your affiliate program. Also your missing out on tons of money by not tapping the gay travel industry. I couldn't find any links for it.

Looks like a fun site though =0).

BTW, posting once on here is usually enough. People sometimes get angry when you repost the same position again and again.

Good idea on taking down adsense.

Can't agree more on gay travel online, it's a huge vertical! We haven't gotten started on the partner outreach phase just yet, but great thought.

Yes, really fun company and we just bought OneTravel.com, so growing by leaps and bounds.

I hear you on the duplicate posting -- I goofed the first time and just posted the job description...how lame? No more postings though, I promise. :)
