OK, I know - nobody appreciates pictures of family as much as the person posting them. But these were just too darned cute to pass up!

This past weekend, Sage (age 3) had her first soccer game, and later that day our lil guy Fisher had his 1st Birthday!! Sage is a little peanut compared to other children her age - so she was stylin in her new soccer uniform! Later, she and her little bro Fisher enjoyed some cake!

How cute! How'd she do in the game? I bet she held her own.

My niece (4 years old) had her second soccer game on Saturday. She was the tiniest one on the field and only one of two girls to play in the game, but she played all but 1 minute and gave those boys a run for their money!

I never understood the appeal of kids' soccer games until now. It tuckers them out like nothing else and the parents have a nice quiet Saturday evening. :rotflol: It's a parental conspiracy, I tell ya!

Yeah - that one really made us laugh. She was standing in front of him while he was eating the cake and kept putting her face up to his, kissing him, and telling him "happy birthday Fish, someday you will be big like me too." Then she leans forward and licks the frosting off his face!! It was priceless.

Geno, good luck on giving your little girl a little brother. It will melt your heart to see how she takes care of him.

AM4 - soccer is a parents (and grandparents) best friend. Plus they look so darned cute in their uniforms!
