Shoes.com (CJ) didn't track

I clicked my CJ shoes.com link on Saturday and made a purchase but the sale did not show up in my stats. I've emailed affiliate@shoes.com but have yet to receive a reply.

They might do batch processing.
Or update the stats when it is shipped..

You need to give it more time. They probably report after shipment, and a lot of merchants don't ship on the weekends. its too soon to be looking for the order and asking the merchants.

They might not post till after it ships, have to wait and see.

Did you check the source code of the confirmation page to see if the tracking pixel was in place? If it's not, then the sooner you raise a stink about it, the sooner they will fix it. This has happened in the past.

If it was ordered Saturday it has certainly shipped by now. They have always shipped next business day for me.
Did you use a coupon code you found somewhere? If you use their non-affiliate codes, it disqualifies the affiliate commission.
