Hello Senior Affiliate Managers,

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for running and managing a high volume CPA, CPL, Network. We are about to launch a new Affiliate Network in South Florida.
We are tired of running our traffic through Affiliate Networks and we want more control of our traffic to run internal.
What we will provide you:
1) Salary, Equity in company.
2) Office, furniture, and equipment.
3) Network Tracking and Ad Serving Application like DT for example.
4) Show us proof of what you have been paid up until now, and we will increase it, plus give you an override of ALL business from other affiliate managers and our internal traffic.
5) Complete support of advertising necessary to recruit new affiliates including running banners on all the large Affiliate Websites, email Drops to affiliate lists, ads in Industry Publications, Spread-Sheets of Thousands of Existing Affiliates who have traffic.
What you will provide us:
1) Knowledge and experience in all types of on-line advertising, including Can Spam Compliant email Marketing, Publishers, PPC, Organic Search, etc...
1) Documentation to show who you are in the industry, and proof that you are the right person to run a large Ad Network.
3) Ability to bring your Affiliates and traffic with you and maintain this relationship in a company that you are part owner of.
4) Ability to manage network inter-phase by adding in new offers, tracking pixels, creative, etc...
5) Ability to manage an office, and staff, and also hire more staff as the company grows.
6) Ability to recruit more Affiliates through our advertising and support.
7) Ability to screen new affiliates for fraud before they start running traffic on our network, and work with them to find suitable offers to run with their specific types of traffic.
8) Ability to speak to Affiliates with day to day questions, as well as suggesting hot offers to run.
9) Ability to work with other Networks to cross publish offers to our back end, and work with New Advertisers to place exclusive offers on network, then cross publish to other Affiliate Networks that you have a relationship with.
10) Be familiar with the documents and procedures required when signing up new Affiliates and advertisers.
Background of Senior Affiliate Manager:
Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
Must be highly motivated and able to motivate others, in the work place, and also the affiliates to run consistent traffic.
A minimum of 2 years experience is necessary, and able to show documentation of compensation, and monthly volume of traffic they are currently running.
The senior affiliate manager must be a self starter, we are not going to be holding any ones hand, as we are busy with other projects, and want some one to run this division by themselves.
Senior Affiliate Manager MUST be in South Florida, or be willing to relocate to South Florida.

Can Spam Compliant System Administrator for our internal email Traffic.This person must be well versed in the deployment of Can Spam Compliant Networks, and the ability to white list IPs and maintain system.
We are also looking for an internal PPC Search Person as well.
This person must be able to manage an advertising budget, deploy creative, tweek creative, monitor traffic ROI on a continuous basis. Basically this person will should be able to run PPC front to back.
