boningroup November 20th, 2007, 10:51 AM I placed an order with Clickinks on Shareasale Sunday and it showed the click on Shareasale, however, I was not given credit for the sale even though the order was shipped out yesterday. Did he say that they had detected a tracking problem and corrected it, or that you hadn't tested properly, or that they manually credited your transaction? It makes a huge difference to other affiliates (and probably to you, too). What had happened was is that the above affiliates purchase did not fall into our commission structure due to price/Original cartridge. I did go ahead and manually credit the affiliates account due to their commitment to ClickInks.com. JasonJason, if what you're saying is that certain products are non-commissionable, then you need to let that be known beforehand, in the program description and agreement. Not after the fact when sales don't track. Without disclosure, it means affiliates will be sending you freebies without knowing it.
