We are an online lead generation company with offers spanning many verticals, to which we are currently trying to drive traffic. We have been around since 2003, use our own proprietary affiliate management platform, generate 1000's of leads a day, and are very familiar and comfortable in this industry. We are eager to expand our company and work with new people who are as excited about the online marketing space as we are.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect new affiliates to help grow our company
• Research and manage affiliates willing to run our campaigns
• Keep affiliates interested in continuing to run offers
• Maintain a constant relationship with affiliates
• Coordinate results and updates with main office during daily/weekly meetings
• Use our proprietary affiliate management software
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in managing affiliates
• Contacts in the industry is a plus
• BS/BA from a four-year college or university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written, oral, and researching skills
• Motivation to meet and exceed goals
• Self-disciplined
• Familiar with CPA model pricing
• Ability to meet deadlines
