Figleaves did not track

I ordered something from Figleaves but my order/commission was not tracked (it was shipped).

That order was paid in full by me, how come I haven't been paid an affiliate commission on the order?

When I look at Linkshare's Advertiser Payment History Chart (new format) I see for figleaves:

"figleaves.com -- Awaiting Payment"

How long must I wait? I know my credit card purchase was paid in full.

At the same I ordered from Frederick's of Hollywood, Inc. and I have already received my commission check from that merchant (the check was sent to me on 07-FEB-08).
