So yesterday Friday the 21st I get an email from a merchant who shall remain nameless or maybe I am posting in their forum hmm not sure who runs an internal affiliate program.

The email says on the 1st of January they are changing the way they track their affiliates (internal) and that I need to change the linking code for all the links.

Mind you there are over 5,000 links and they give us 10 days warning during the Holiday Season.

They did have one of the best AMs though but he departed the company last month.

... must have missed that mail .. I did not see any such mail ... can you elaborate, if any on why the links need be swapped out?

I think it's just their internal program that is having the changes
