Form of compliance
My legal counsel just informed me that New York has said they will provide a standard Form of Compliance for NY affiliates to sign stating they will not solicit business other than a link on website and they will sign the form annually.
Does anyone have knowledge of this form?

Thanks Haiko - I love the search but it seems that sometimes it returns way to much info. I know you can narrow based on date, title, etc. Are there search parameters built in, such as exact search? Quotes don't seem to work.

We have our documents here. Best bet for sample documents, go into the NY tax forum, look for step 2. It will be there. The document was drafted by our lawyer, I haven't seen the NY finance dept's version yet though they did promise one.
