I need a little more information Ian. If you're a merchant wanting to be added to the list of NY Affiliate friendly merchants you need to send me the name of the merchant and url, the network you are on and the reason you are NY Affiliate friendly. If you are a representative of a network and have several merchants you'd like added simply send me the required information for each merchant.
As an aside, someone sent me a list of about 30 merchant names with no other information - no network, no url (?) and of course no indication of the reason they can be called NY Friendly. I cannot add to the list unless I have the information. I sent an email requesting the additional information but never received a reply. So if you're reading this, please send me the info and I can add the merchants once verified. |

Please Note: We accept affiliates from all states, including New York, North Carolina, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and any states that pass what we consider to be unconstitutional affiliate tax laws.
Our main site says the same thing.

If you're not listed and would like to be send me merchant url, network & reason for claiming NY Affiliate friendly. Send it via email.
(To speed the process of being added I must receive all three pieces of information. List is updated once a week)

Affiliates who have been terminated due to the Amazon tax are welcome to apply to Saveology Network
Since our Services include taxes in their monthly cost our affiliate program is not effected by state legislation in regard to the Advertising Tax.

As a matter of fact Saveology Network will work with all affiliates effected by the advertising tax in any state. Since they promote Services like Dish network, Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon, ADT, and Protect America in the T.V., internet, Phone, and Home Security niche which have taxes included the consumers monthly fees; there is no reason to terminate an affiliate in regard to the Advertising Tax.
Another benefit is that Saveology Network has 6 call centers closing and cross selling traffic for their affiliates. This way affiliates get commissions on products they didn't even market.
Let Amazon's and Overstock's loss be Saveology Networks gain.
