I try it once a year, just to make sure it is still the most undrinkable liquid on earth.

I stopped drinking caffeinated drinks other than an occasional diet coke. I find if you live a healthy lifestyle and eat good foods and get enough sleep, I have enough energy to do all my work.

I also think that it's worth mentioning that most coffee drinkers refer to about 10 ounces a cup. That is really about 2.5 cups, right?

1/4 qt = 1/2 pt = 1 cup = 8 fl oz

Of course some folks are likely counting the super-deluxe gigantic size at Royal Farms (or similar) as ONE cup.

I usually do one perfect cup of coffee in the morning from my Keurig. If I really need it, I will have one early afternoon, too, but that is pretty rare.

I stopped drinking all soda about 2 years ago and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Now I drink water, and lots of it.

I have never been a heavy coffee drinker but with the Keurig I have been drinking 1-2 cups a day steadily for over a year. Until 2 weeks ago when I did a site visit with a new merchant - now I drink matcha tea every morning and white jasmine tea all day long..... Went to a conference this week without my tea and had lashback the next day... will be traveling with my own tea from now on!

Just one cup in a day. Not too much because it makes me nervous sometimes.

Just about a cup a day, I try not to drink so much though. Not sure it really helps or not.

Maybe 1-2 cups a month. I've switched over to tea.
