Wow that sucks. Yeah, our current house has one little lonely -wide tree in the front yard that gives off enough shade to drop the temperature about 0.00007 degrees.
I love tress, growing up in North Carolina, where our yard was all pine straw and we did not see the sun unless we went up to the street. The high could be 100 and it would be 85 or less on the porch.

I understand. Once it is over, you will love it though so keep looking for the right place!

Thanks Rexanne. I am not sure how much I want to enjoy the attic though. I think that is a Christmas time only deal to get the decorations.
For some reason, we have a ridiculously large attic. It's like its own living room.

Hooray! As of about 9:00PM last night we are moved in the new house and officially out of our old one.
Lot's of unpacking to do, but I sure am looking forward to real food (we have eaten out for like 5 straight days... ) and not seeing boxes everywhere.
I am also not a big fan of looking for 15 minutes to find a shirt to wear or 10 minutes for a bowl for oatmeal. haha
Tonight I think we are going to bed around 8:00PM!

Hey Matt!
Congrats!
It really looks adorable from outside. But I am eager to see how it looks from inside. It must be awesome... is it?

Congratulation to your new home!!!
I guess the place is great and the neighborhood also. I like your yard. It's a good place to put a garden.

There actually is a nice big garden to the left of the deck as you look at it above.
Some herbs, flowers, and other stuff that I surely don't understand (not my thing) but it is nice.

HAHA...imagine piles of boxes STILL. Kidding.
It's not our favorite inside but it works. The living room is just a weird shape...very big but very narrow.
The kitchen is a little small too but we love the dining room and the office area. And we of course the outside!

We've been in our house for over 5 years now, don't plan to move any time soon, and we STILL have boxes that we never unpacked out in the garage. LOL.

My aunt moved in 1964. She died in 1993. We found packed boxes from her move.
