I believe

1. Peace of Mind
2. Good thoughts
3. Good laughter
4. Loving person by your side
5. Meditation
6. Taking healthy diet
7. Walking or Jogging
8. Indulging yourself in your favorite sport
9. cultivating new hobbies
10. Reminding yourself of the old memories which you love the most

Would keep the aging effects at bay.

hyperbaric chamber? Personally, I think the best is just the good old diet and excercise. It will make you feel better overall, if not younger. You don't have to be hardcore about it. Remember, little things add up. For example, cut down on fast food. Get it once or twice a month instead of once or twice a week. Get a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. Skip the mayo on your sandwich and go with honey mustard. If you do go out to eat, park a little ways away so you have a good little walk to the car and back. And a little green tea never hurts.
