Default IE8 now Blocking All Affiliate Cookies?

just wondering.....I saw a post on another forum today stating that he noticed IE8 started blocking affiliate cookies.

So I tried deleting cookies, and then clicking some CJ, GAN, and LS links on my site & others.

Then checking cookies, I see a yahoo cookie, an ebay cookie, a couple of MS cookies...but nothing else.

My puter did a major MS/Vista self update today, so if yours did'nt, you might not see a change.

I just clicked on one of my merchants and it set 7 cookies that the merchant uses for tracking.

Clicked on a CJ merchant - it set CJ cookies.

I have Vista running IE8.

It could also be the program you're using for anti-virus anti-spyware and etc.

Well I turned off my AV & restarted IE8. Still see no cookies being set.

I tried many different merchants from the top 5 networks. No cookies showing in IE8.

I tried using Firefox and Opera with the AntiVirus turned on. Each cookie setting there as it should.

I guess this could be some glitch on my end. Some setting changed or something. If it isn't, we'll probably be hearing a lot more about it anyway...
