Vonage Affiliate Program - Where is it?

About a month ago I received email from Vonage and it said they are terminating their affiliate program from GAN.

Since then I removed all links from my site, recently I saw some websites still has Vonage links and they work too. Does anyone know where is the Vonage Affiliate program moved to? I can't find them in GAN, LinkShare or CJ.

Looks like the affiliate sites that still promote Vonage are going thru ad.doubleclick.net. Doubleclick is or used to be the parent company of GAN (then performics). Both dclk and gan are now owned by Google.

But dclk is a cpm network and not an affiliate network. Not sure how the affiliate sites are routing their Vonage links thru dclk.
