Implementing Solution

We are now set to rapidly begin to implement the solution. This is step 2.

I have been following up with the Mark Klein and we will have the necessary papers drafted so that we can continue. Step 2 involves the affiliate practice agreement. We have obtained the law firm's services to create the papers. We are having that created to facilitate our reinstatement to programs. This is being done immediately.

Once the papers are in our hands we will move on to Step 3 and get them in the hands of all concerned parties. Step 3 will take some doing but we will get it done.

We are not done but we are on our way! I finally feel like I am walking up a hill rather than hanging on to the edge of a cliff by one hand.

(How great is it that my 1,000 post is a positive tax related comment!)

Yay!!! Now the people that claim to know the most about and are "working on" the New York State tax issue need to contact you and get up to date about what is really being done to make a difference

Mark was great, glad he was able to clarify what could legally be done to allow merchants to continue to work with NYS affiliates and NOT create nexus in the state.
