Associate Affiliate Marketing Specialist

eHealthInsurance - The nation's leading online health insurance service and a profitable privately held company, seeks a highly motivated and energetic Associate Affiliate Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of work experience in either an online ad agency or in-house marketing with an Internet company (affiliate programs and/or online subscription business a plus). This individual will be responsible for assisting in general day-to-day affiliate program analysis, maintenance and support, as well as, supporting the Marketing Director with the development of new business plans and the ongoing management of existing programs. This is a fast-paced environment where innovation, creativity, and results are valued. This position will be located in our Sunnyvale, CA office and will report to the Director of Marketing and the Business Development Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

·Analyze and optimize daily affiliate operations and relationships
·Research and assess linking trends along with other affiliates-related development
·Contribute to the growth of the affiliates program with innovation and creativity
·Develop recruiting objectives and recruit websites to the affiliates program
·Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks that contribute to the overall goals of the team and the company
·Organize the construction of online and offline advertising including banners, emails, radio, TV, print, and direct mail
·Coordinate the creation of company collateral using outside design vendors
·Monitor and track key competitors.
·Maintain files of company marketing materials and design elements
·Provide support to our Affiliate Marketing Program
·Assist with managing the department budget, and the tracking of all invoices and expenses

Requirements:

·Experience with affiliate technologies or online marketing required
·Internet Savvy with good understanding of online marketing
·Understanding of basic HTML
·3+ years of work experience in either an online ad agency or in marketing at an Internet company
·Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
·Creative thinker and the ability to multitask
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
·Experience managing marketing relationships with advertising partners
·Bachelor's degree required, Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
